More food!!
It seems these days the only thing worth blogging about is what I eat, so here I go with some more good eats...
Kept walking by a new Chinese place so I thought I'd try it out. Chinese places are good for the solo dweller as they will gladly deliver single orders for low cost with incredible speed.
The first dish is 'ma-pa-tu-bu' (마파두부). It's a spicy tofu stir fry, and this one came with loads of fresh veggies. I was pleased.
The second dish is 'nak-ji-bokk-eum' (낙지볶음), another spicy stir fry, this time with baby octopus. Look at that crazy tentacle!!
Overall the dishes were quite tasty; for the low price of 5000 won and delivered right to my door not bad at all!

Heh heh heh yeah that's saeng-nak-ji (생낙지), meaning 'fresh' baby octopus. It's a local speciality and yep it sure is 'fresh'. Had it once. Strange. Have to chew a lot and quite quickly. Good idea to have a bunch of strong alcohol to wash it down with. Just to help kill it all the way...
Holy crap. I thought I was pretty open to trying new things but I'm not sure I could be convinced to try that. Unless of course I had a lot of strong alcohol to prepare for the ordeal. And wash it down. And post-meal as well. And maybe with some GHB slipped in for good measure. Crikey.
I am firmly of the belief that food should not be moving as it enters your mouth. Raw: fine - moving: just no.
